Thingumajig to coordinate BGW Street Theatre

Giving the Big Green Weekend bank holiday at the end of May a bit of extra sparkle will be the job of the Thingumajig Theatre this year.

Agreement was reached in principle last night with director Andrew Kim for a variety of different acts to wander round the town "sprinkling magic dust" on the Hebden Royd event during all three days.

Amongst them will be Veronica, herself both big and green, (pictured above) who many people will remember from last year's event (and the Kerbside demo at Halifax Town Hall, pictured below, courtesy of the Hebweb), although various other unusual and mythical creatures are also likely to be on patrol.
